  • Broadleaf Weed Control - Aids in the control of a wide variety of broadleaf weeds such as: dandelion, clover, thistle, violets, chickweed, and oxalis. Because this is a chemical application, re-entry to the lawn area is acceptable 24 hours after the application. Applied: April through October (weather permitting)
  • Crabgrass Pre-emergence - An application of a chemical pre-emergent to the entire lawn area for optimum hindrance of upcoming crabgrass seed germination. Applied: April
  • Post-emergence Crabgrass Control - Suppresses crabgrass after it has germinated. Due to the chemical nature of this application, re-entry to the lawn area is acceptable 24 hours after completion of application. Applied: July/August
  • Limestone Application - Helps to naturally correct your soils pH level which eases fertilizer uptake by your grass. Applied: November
  • Core Aeration - An excellent way of loosening soil compaction and introducing organic matter into the soil. Applied: April/May or September/October
  • Over Seeding - Used in conjunction with core aeration, it can renovate old lawns and thicken bare areas.
  • Season Long Grub Control - Due to grub outbreaks, MIKO Lawn & Landscape is now offering a season long grub control application. This application can be applied in the spring up to two weeks before grub outbreak and will provide grub control for the entire season. Since this product is a chemical, re-entry onto the lawn area is allowed after the product has been watered in.
